YOU ARE SUPPORTED IN YOUR JOURNEY OF HEALTH

Talking about mental health is really important, and one of the bravest things we can do is to speak up to someone trusted about how we are really feeling.

It is Ok to not feel OK, And, it is important that you ask for the help that you need.

Whilst the coaching I offer will go deep, and we will explore proactive mental health support, it is not appropriate or helpful if you are currently in crisis or struggling with your mental health.

And so, if you aren’t sure what you need, please see below some symptoms which suggest you may benefit from additional support. Whilst there are many mental health conditions, I have focussed on anxiety and depression below, but the resources linked will explore other symptoms too.
