Space to breathe is a personalised session, a sacred moment, giving you a much needed pause from your life to reconnect and reflect.
It will provide a private, safe space for you to simply be — to download anything on your tired mind without the need to do.
All of you is welcome.
We will talk through what is currently taking place in your life and explore ways to soothe your mind and replenish your heart.
You can expect to come away feeling calmer, more connected and clearer on your next, powerful steps.
These one off sessions are aimed to support anyone who is new to coaching and ready to explore another modality of healing without a long term investment of time, energy and money.
This is also ideal for those who have previously worked with me and would like a ‘top up’ session to revisit any conversations and practices that have been explored to understand how to further integrate into your current journey.
